Brothers Burger, Bonifacio High Street

Another solo food trip - Brother's Burger at Bonifacio High Street. Matagal na akong nakakain sa BB. 2007 ata yung first time during my PeopleSupport days na nasa Makati pa ako.

Anyway, sarap talaga ng burgers nila kasi juicy pati yung onion rings. Downside, sa sobrang laki, medyo nakakaumay na.

Pero, love ko pa rin ang BB :)

Tenya, Market! Market!

May mga times na trip kong kumain mag-isa. And this is one of the new places na feel kong kainan - Tenya in Market! Market!

Sulit yung set meal nya lalo na if I am craving for Japanese food - wala nga lang mga sushi. Pero pede na kasi I like cold soba, then yung mga tempura, hindi puro breading.

Markado na ito for solo food trips :)

Papermoon, SM Aura

Another dessert place opened in SM Aura - Papermoon!

Nalulungkot ako pag sa Megamall or Makati area nago open yung mga interesting food places kasi hindi naman kami nagagawi dun. Siguro pag mas malaki si buting - hehe foodie in the making.

Anyway, back to Papermoon...panalo kay bibi dahil hindi matamis, fluffy, chilled :) Sa akin, ok lang kasi may sweet tooth ako pero tamang tama sa akin ngayon dahil bawal matamis :)

Pero di na mauulit kasi mahalia siya - Php225 per slice eh.

At least, di na ako matatakam!

Modern Sichuan, The Fort Strip, BGC

A new find for me! Masarap na Chinese food :)

- Fresh and generous filling of shrimp sa hakaw
- Super tender chicken feet
- Ang sarap ng seafood abalone fried rice
- Beef hofan is ok

What I did not like is the kailan with crispy pork. Ang alat sobra ng crispy pork, which is actually, chicharon.

Pede balikan :)

Saboten, Serendra

Kitang kita ang kagalakan naming mag-anak kapag kami ay nasa Saboten. Ito ay isa sa mga paboritong kainan namin dahil ang daming nakakain ni buting. Sulit!

Nakakapanibagong mag blog ng diretsong tagalog :)

Balik sa pagkain - ang gusto ko sa Saboten ay ang unli miso soup at cabbage salad na lalagyan ng sesame dressing. Si bibi naman, hindi malilimutan ang oyster. Nalimutan ko ang tawag pero dito lang ako nakakain ng malaki at malinamnam na oysters. Mahalia lang. Si buting - lahat ay gusto mula cabbage salad (yehey! gulay!), tenderloin tonkatsu, lemonade at vanilla ice cream. Kaya bondat na bondat si buting pagkatapos :)

At may free kiddie meal voucher para sa next visit! Babalik talaga kami!

Chicken fingers are still spicy for Buting's taste even if we already requested for less spicy.
Corn doughnut balls - forgot the name - is ok.

Food Bite : Pili Twists

My trip to Bicol last Oct 2014 led me to discover these new flavors of Pili. Good to try but I still prefer the old fashioned sweet pili nuts :)
